With so many carpet cleaning companies in Franklin TN and south of Nashville, how in the world do you select with one to use?

Check out the reviews and recommendations for the carpet care company.  Do they seem like real people leaving reviews?  Are the reviews stuffed with keywords or are they normal sounding and you can see a real person writing them?  Be sure to check out any negative reviews if there are any so you can get an idea of the "worse case scenario" if there is one. 
4. We highly recommend NextDoor because reviews are hard to be faked there and you can easily find who your neighbors trust and often times support one of your local business owners.

7. On the day of the cleaning, if something feels "off" , do not be afraid to cancel.  You have a right cancel before you let anyone touch your carpets.  It's your home and your right to feel 100% comfortable with who you let in it and who you let service it.
